In 2000, I began performing with belly dance and over the years I’ve incorporated elements of other traditions and techniques into my performances, such as Release, Contact Improvisation, Body Mind Centering, and Authentic Movement. I also incorporate other traditions and techniques such as Katsugen, Yoga, and Mindful Meditation. I combine live music, poetry, and ceremonial rituals in my performances which help the dance develop and evolve in an improvisatory and creative nature.

My next adventure is called 'The Crow Process, owning my shadow'. A journey through shadow work that release the inner expression with yoga, dance, body work, energy healing sessions, astrology consultations, visual arts, and creative writing.
